ClankWrangler (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us or use our enquiry tools:

• Name and email address
• Business name (optional)
• Messages or project descriptions you send us
• How you heard about us (optional)

We do not collect payment information — this is handled by our payment partners.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your enquiries
• Provide quotes and project scoping
• Deliver contracted services
• Improve our services (in aggregate, not individually)

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not send unsolicited marketing.

Where we store it

Enquiry data is stored in Supabase (EU-hosted infrastructure). Email correspondence is handled via Resend. Both services are contracted to process data in accordance with UK GDPR.

We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused — it collects no cookies and does not track individuals. Data is aggregated and anonymised.
